If you can't find a particular title here, you may want to visit one
of our other websites. We offer videos and DVD's on a variety of
training topics. At the top of each page on our website, there is a
Search bar where you can search for more titles! You will receive
results from all of our websites. If you don't see it here, you can
probably find it by using the search feature!
3. Do I qualify for the Organizational Discounts listed on your website?
Educational Institution: You must be a public or private Kindergarten
through 12th grade school or an accredited college or university to
qualify as an educational institution. Educational departments within
companies or government institutions do not qualify for the discount.
Government Discounts: You must be a Local, State or Federal Government
Agency. Government contractors do not qualify.
Non-Profit Discounts: In most cases you must be a 501C3 Non-Profit
organization to qualify.

Do you offer a low price guarantee?
By choosing Carlton's Training Videos Direct, you are guaranteed there
will never be a lower price for any program you purchase. We also
honor all sales. No one likes to shop around all day but no one wants
to miss a deal either. If you find a lower price on a title, call us
and tell us where you found it and we will honor that price.
5. What if I have a problem with an item I ordered?
In cases where a video tape breaks, The DVD program won't play, or any
other technical difficulties arise with the product, simply ship us
the product and we'll ship you a new one, with no questions asked.

For all orders in the United States, shipping is free. For
International orders, please contact us for more information about
shipping methods.
7. Do you offer free previews?
We always offer free 30 day previews. Do we charge after that? Never.
We just like to get them back so that others may also have an
