JUST BE FAIR: A Practical Approach to Managing Diversity

This program deals with The global issues involved in making diversity work for The organization. It provides awareness of what diversity is and isn’t and why managers and employees should care; it’s about changing a mindset.

The program consists of two videos to help employees understand The importance of cultural competence, and how to put The F.A.I.R. Approach into action.

1. Just Be F.A.I.R. shows employees what it means to be “culturally competent” and why it is important. It addresses such questions as “What is diversity?” “What is cultural competence?” “What does it mean to be fair to my employees?”

2. F.A.I.R. in Action applies The F.A.I.R. Approach to real-life business situations to help The participants learn how to transfer The approach to Their own work environment, to be fair, and to be culturally competent.
